Privacy Policy

Sheed Worksheets provides free printable worksheets. We designed the site so that using it requires no personal information at all: there is no sign-up, no login and no newsletter gate.
What we do not collect
- No account details, names, emails or passwords — because there are no accounts.
- No personal information about children. We do not ask for age, school, grade or location.
- No payment or billing details — nothing on this site costs money.
- No advertising profiles, and no selling of data to third parties.
What is processed automatically
Like almost every website, our hosting provider processes routine technical data in order to serve pages and protect the service — IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request. This information is used in aggregate to keep the site fast and available, and to detect abuse.
The site is served by Cloudflare Pages and does not set tracking cookies of its own. Any request logs kept by the hosting provider are retained only as long as needed for security and operational purposes.
Local storage in your browser
Some features keep small preferences on your own device — for example remembering which worksheet options you picked last, or how many sheets you have generated — using your browser's local storage. This data never leaves your device and can be cleared at any time from your browser settings.
Third-party services
Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts so the worksheets render consistently. Loading a font means your browser contacts Google's servers and Google's own privacy policy applies to that request. No other third-party scripts are required for the site to work.
Children's privacy
The worksheets are made for children, but the website is intended to be used by adults — parents, teachers, tutors and carers. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted personal information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
Your rights
Because we hold no personal records about you, there is usually nothing to access, correct or erase. If you have contacted us by email, you may ask us to delete that correspondence at any time, and we will do so.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. Material changes will be described on this page rather than buried in a changelog.
